     Huzzah! Good gentles, hail and welcome to BARF, otherwise known as the Bay Area Renaissance Festival. T'is a most merrie time, with food, drynk, market, and entertainment fit for King Henry VIII and Queen Catherine Paar! Lasting eight weekends, each with a theme, this Faire has something for all! The village of Fittleworth offers jousting, smokers, high tea, beer and wine tasting, feasting, a maypole, pirates, fortune telling, rides, children's shows, and pirates! There is more than enough for a day, or week end, of fun!

     What do you enjoy most? That is the question! If t'is shopping, there is art, apparel, jewelry, metal, body art, crafts, leather, and instruments. Entertainment? Music, dancing, comedy, magic, danger, juggling, and hypnotism. Living history? Glass blowing, black powder demonstrations, medieval life, and swordplay. Food? Scotch eggs, baklava, apple dumplings, fish and chips, veggie burgers, portabellas, roasted corn, and pretzels. In the lanes, King Henry, Queen Catherine, their court, and villagers interact with visitors. Games, is it? Jacob's Ladder, Archery, ax throwing, knife throwing, and Bump a Monk! Children? The Children's Realm offers fun activities!
