Shindig Irish Pub

      Our favorite place to eat or have a drink when we are home on the Treasure Coast in Florida is Shindig Irish Pub.  There are so many diverse cuisines in the town of Port St. Lucie, but this pub is friendly, cozy, and has quality food.  The décor features dark wood, books, frosted glass, and snug booths.  The pub is owned by Irish brothers, Max and Andrew, so you know it’s authentic.  The food features Irish fare such as Shepherd’s Pie, Guinness Beef Stew, Belfast burgers, and Bread and Butter Pudding.   Live music is featured on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Trivia Quiz on Tuesday.  Sunday brunch is exquisite with shellfish, turkey, potatoes, omelets, and many other delicious foods!  Joe, Justin, and Gub are the most excellent bartenders!  Shindig is in the Coco Vista Plaza on Port St. Lucie Blvd.,  just west of the turnpike.
