Flaming Manhattan
Ingredients
1 part Scotch
½ part Sweet Vermouth
1 Orange slice soaked in Scotch, per person
Ice
Combine Scotch and Sweet vermouth with ice in a shaker. Shake. Pour into highball glass. Lay orange slice in saucer. Light. Extinguish. Gently slide orange into drink. Serves 1.
