Pineapple Bread

INGREDIENTS:

1 stick butter, melted

3 pieces bread, white, cubed

15 oz can crushed pineapple, drained

3 eggs, well beaten

1/4 cup crushed pecans

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter, cube bread, drain pineapple, and beat eggs. Mix together thoroughly. Pour into 8″ or 9″ square pan (preferably glass). Top with crushed nuts.

Bake 30-45 minutes until browned and bubbly.
